When on a new job
By: Terry L. Weber

When on a new job we should ask experienced co-workers for their help. They can often tell us details about the job at hand that could take us a long time to learn on our own. Therefore, we need to really pay attention & make mental notes and remember their advice as they teach us. When we're told we are doing a job wrong we should listen with respect so we can do better & improve each day. After all, they are simply trying to help us be more efficient, do a good job & stay healthy and safe.
