It features soft padding on the inside and durable black foam on the outside. The soft padding gives you two major benefits.

(2) because it is flexible it fits your face more snugly and therefore it is much more efficient at keeping lights from getting past the mask and into your eyes.

The elastic strap is very easy to adjust to give you a comfortable fit.
