This is a picture of  the 1/2- life-size Osprey I recently carved and sold to a local museum. I show it here merely to illustrate the kind of carving I am able to do.

Notice the fish the Osprey has clutched in his claws.  In this carving each wing is 14 incles long or to say it another way, Wingspan as shown here is 28-inches. 

A life-size Osprey's wingspan can be four to five feet.
