Attached here are three photographs of my new way of displaying my carved flying birds.(Pat. Pend.) I carve the birds out of tupelo or basswood, cut them in half lengthwise, paint them with acrylics and then mount half of the bird on a framed mirror (round or square). My Weber Illusion Flying Bird Carvings (also called: Weber Mirror Mounted Flying Birds) can be hung on a wall where they become an attractive center of interest. As a viewer walks around the room, the mirror's reflected view of the bird makes it look like the bird is always moving and changing. (See more pictures on #1)
