When a ship misses a channel marker, it runs aground. Then the captain must decide what he did wrong & ask his crew to help him get the ship moving again. In the same way, a business can "run aground" & lose money. So, a CEO (captain) can ask his crew, the people who work with him, to help him get the business back into the deep water of a new more prosperous channel. Working together as a team means we can remain crew members on our voyage to prosperity & healthy living in the days ahead.
